Ossie wanted these pictures of the house across from us.  It has a tree that is not on the Island and he wanted to show it to his friends.

Confirmation Day

Sunday April 18, 2010 was the date for Emma, Ben and Ross' Confirmation.  The beautiful sunny and warm day provided a perfect backdrop for the special day.  Greg and Jane did a wonderful hosting job in making sure everyone had a positively enjoyable day.

The Boss on Confirmationn Day

It's First Communion for Ben, Emma and Ross.  Ben was over getting dressed up by Matthew and Nick was putting the finishing touch.


Ben is sporting a Hugo Boss ensemble, cleverly put together by Matthew.

Here Nick is fixing Ben's flow ... is that the right lingo?  No gender awareness concerns here.

Carolyn's First Spectator Editorial Article

We are proud to learn that Carolyn submitted her first editorial article "Help Haiti Now?" to the Hamilton Spectator and it was published on Tuesday April 6.  You can read it in the Spectator but here is the copy for a read now.

Golf Opening Season

The beautiful weather has driven the Chongs and Enrights out early onto the golf courses, actually the earliest ever.  Nick, Paddy, Ross and Ben are joined by Greg and Paul for a round at Flamborough on Easter Monday.  Just to let all of us non-golfers feel better, none of them in the fairway on their first drives.

Dundas Wins Hockeyville 2010

Well, we're happy to hear that our community won the Kraft Hockeyville 2010 Competition.  We can safely say that our group here on Eferding contributed more than a couple of 100 of those 1,000,000 plus votes that helped win it.

At the event, our Luke had a chance to meet up with Curtis Joseph, a future Hall of Famer.

Easter @ Wasaga

Thanks to Bruce and Deanna, the Enrights had a wonderful Easter ... beautiful weather (22 degrees C and sunny), wonderful hosts, great company and great food!  All of the cousins had a wonderful time frolicking on the beach with no one else there.  The cold water did not prevent them from getting wet.  More pictures are available here.  However, I am sorry that I did not have the foresight to have had included more pictures of our hosts.
