Mom, your friend lives in Parksville. Parksville is about a half hour drive from Cathedral Grove. This is what the main beach area looks like ... In the summer, large cruiseliners saunter up this waterway on their way to Alaska.
Ross and Ryan are chillin on a beach just down the street from Sue and Rob's. Salt Spring Island is in the background ... We took the ferrie into Horsehoe Bay, which is on the north side of Vancouver. Our motel room was just steps from where this picture was taken.
Sitting on a ferrie now, headed for Seattle. We're staying in Seattle tonight then heading to Depoe Bay in Oregon. This picture was taken from the ferrie on our way to Vancouver. At the base of the mountain range is the Sea to Ski Highway which links Vancouverites to Whistler.
